What is a Notary Signing Agent? I’m Glad You Asked!
According to the NNA, a Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a Notary who has been trained to handle loan documents. Lenders, title companies and signing services hire Signing Agents as independent contractors to assist in the last step of the loan process. The responsibilities of a Notary Signing Agent generally include printing loan documents, meeting the signer and notarizing their signature, and quickly returning the documents for processing. NSAs are also responsible for following any additional instructions from the lender, title company or signing service that hires them for loan closing work.
At the closing table, we will walk the signers through the loan documents by providing a brief description of each document and ensuring all signatures, dates, and initials are in the proper place on all pages. Once the loan package is completed, we will check and re-check all documents for accuracy before packaging and leaving. All documents will be scanned (if required) and shipped via FedEx or UPS.
Closing Fees are as follows:
The fees for the above closings include confirming the appointment, printing up to 2 sets of documents, travel to/from the meeting location, scanning documents and shipping via FedEx/UPS for next day delivery.
Pricing is subject to change.
Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, CashApp, Debit/Credit Cards, Zelle.

No, As a Notary Public, part of my job is to validate that the ID presented to me is authentic. This means I must see the actual ID card. A picture of it or copy of it will not suffice.
YES. As long as it is not expired by more than 3 years to the date.
The Secretary of State mandates the fee at $10 per notarization for general notarizations. If the document deals with property such as a Deed, it is NOT a general notarization and will cost more. This means the number of pages does not matter. It could be 15 pages with one notarization and the fee could be $10. The price is based on how many notarizations/people per document.
I am a Mobile Notary Public, which means I provide the convenience of travelling to you. I do not have a public office.
Yes there is a small travel fee to compensate for the gas and convenience of me travelling to you. If you are further away and want to lower your fee, I am happy to help find a public location closer to me or half way.
Please fill out this form to reach us or feel free to contact us.
Angela offered to meet me at my house, but since I was on the move, we met at a local restaurant. I've never had that type of service. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable which made the entire process worth it. It was a pleasure to meet her, and I will recommend her services to everyone.
